Expansive reconfiguration and extension to large family home in a sought after area of Guildford, Surrey.

About the project:

From initial meeting it was clear the scope of work was vast on this project. The clients had a dated and poorly configured 3 bed home and wanted to vastly increase the square footage and reconfigure the layout to suit a busy family.

There were in the region of 30 RSJ installed to undertake the reconfiguration, the roof was removed and another level added on one side. The property received all new wiring, plumbing and heating, oak floors throughout, a new staircase, all new windows and multiple bifold doors, we formed balconies to take advantage of the beautiful views from its prestige vantage point across Guildford.

The whole property was re-roofed with solar panel added. Externally it was clad with silicone render and iroko cladding.
